FAQs are still second best.
The best before were screenshots.
If you have a problem, there is still the forum.
Or the mailing list.
Or the Menus.
Or, better, the Preferences.
If you can't do something easily with a program, why bother ?
Why not look in the forum ?
Why not search if nobody had the same problem ?
Why not find yourself another program ?
