Now and Then

After the first hour of non-stop working, the end of the day seem very far away. Urges to move, to do reckeless things surge.

Ten minutes of continuous work ; two minutes of free time ; five times per hour of work. It is ok to stop and pause for a while.

Twenty-five minutes per session max. After ten sessions, stop. Working day is complete.

Take breaks. Half-hour per four hours is a minimum by the law. Get up, clean up, wash up, tidy up.

Ten minutes of continuous work, at the most delayed moment. After the frenziness is calmed down, stop. Return to slack priorities.

Stop enjoying yourself from time to time. Give yourself something to defend yourself. Get things done, clean up your act, wash away your sense of guilt, tidy up loose ends.
